Before you book
Clarity before commitment — so you can decide with confidence.

Enquiry
Tell us your date(s), venue or city, and which functions you are hosting. Mention if it is a destination wedding or a portrait/commercial brief — we route you to the right package.

Consultation call
A relaxed video or in-studio conversation: your rituals, family expectations, must-have moments, and how you want the final work to feel. We answer practical questions — coverage hours, crew, deliverables.

Proposal & date lock
You receive a written outline: what is covered, team size, payment schedule, and delivery timelines. Your date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the booking advance is received.

Planning

Timeline & function map
We align on mehendi, sangeet, baraat, pheras, reception — or your portrait session schedule. Coverage hours and crew are matched to your actual run-of-show.

Pre-wedding session
Optional but popular: a relaxed shoot before the wedding week for save-the-dates, invitations, or a film intro. Location, wardrobe, and timing planned together.

Curated online gallery with high-resolution downloads. Highlight films and longer edits graded for consistency with your stills. Timelines are confirmed at booking.

Albums & prints
Optional heirloom albums: you choose favourites, we design spreads, you approve a proof, then we print and ship. Revisions are built into the process.

Policies we are transparent about
Indian clients rightly want clarity on money, timelines, and deliverables. These points are always spelt out in your proposal — never hidden in fine print.
- Payment
- Booking advance to hold your date, with balance milestones before and after the event — all listed in your proposal.
- Revisions
- Album and film include agreed revision rounds. We want you to love the work, not rush the sign-off.
- Raw files
- We deliver finished, curated work. Raw/unedited files are not part of standard packages — ask if you have a specific need.
- Rescheduling
- Life happens. Date changes are handled case-by-case per your agreement; we communicate openly and early.
